麵粉皮和饀的英文

有外國朋友要學包水餃

但是步驟不知道怎麼說

例如 水餃的麵粉皮?

    材料

    Ingredients

    麵粉2杯

    2 C Flour

    內餡 :

    Filling :

    絞碎豬肉2杯

    2 C ground pork

    大白菜半個

    1/2Head of white cabbage

    青蔥末1杯

    1 C Chopped green onion

    醬油2大匙

    2 T soysauce

    鹽適量

    Salt to taste

    沙拉油2大匙

    2 T Cooking oil

    麻油1小匙

    1 t Sesame oil

    胡椒粉1/2小匙

    1/2 t pepper

    1. 麵粉加適量的水, 使能揉成三光, 再分切成30塊. 在撒滿麵粉之桌上; 桿成薄片.

    Knead together : 2 C Flour Enough water to make a good elastic dough, divide dough into 30 portions , roll dough thin on a well floured table.

    2. 大白菜洗淨後剁碎加1/2小匙鹽裝入布袋中擠掉水份

    wash and Chopped white cabbage, add 1/2 t salt, then put in the cloth bag. pres the excrescent water.

    3. 絞肉放入大碗內, 加醬油, 麻油, 胡椒粉, 鹽, 蔥末, 拌勻. 再加入碎白菜, 沙拉油, 等拌勻.

    In a large bowl, mix thoroughly ground pork,with soysauce, Sesame oil, pepper, Salt, Chopped green onion, then add Chopped white cabbage, Cooking oil.

    4. 將餡包入餃子皮中, 並對折成半月形, 用指掐成餃子狀排列在大托盤中即可.

    Place alittle meat on the circle, and close making a half moon shape. Press ends together, circling your finger, seal by pressing. Put the small dumpling on a tray.

    餃子內餡可隨意變化!
