Open Internet Explorer. Press the Alt Key (between the Start button and the space bar on the keyboard). The orignal menu bar will display, just like in previous versions of Internet Explorer. Then go to Tools and Internet Options.

It's in Internet Explorer 7. Fire it up and go to the top right corner right above the page. One of those little icons takes you to Internet Options. I don't know exactly which because I use a better browser than Internet Explorer. Download and install Firefox.

when you open the browser, all the way to the right there is a tools button. click it and then there is internet options at the bottom. Or click the alt button when the internet browser is up and the menu will pop up.

Wouldn't suggest upgrading Internet Explorer. Firefox is substantially better for web browsing, the speed, interface, everything is better. For now, sticking with Windows XP is fine. Vista is still buggy. XP is the most solid and stable Windows out there. Hope that helps!

Look to the top of your screen. Click on "Tools" Internet options is the last choice.
