英文信,請大家幫忙看那裡有要修正或不禮貌的地方...

這是要給國外廠商亞洲區負責人的信...因為英文很爛,希望大家幫忙看一下....TXT感激不盡(禮貌性的結語都有寫了,只是主文怕對方看不懂)

Dear Ms. Baumann,

Sorry for the delay in sending you the pdf file“Art & Graphic” just because our graphic designer

took sick leave last week and there no one knows how to edit the PDF file.

About the pdf file, we need your help to replace he “ FARBTABELLE” (in page 26) with the

Eng. Version for Taiwan customers.

很抱歉 "ART&GRAPHIC" 的PDF檔這麼晚才寄給你,因為上星期我們美工請病假,公司裡又沒有人會編輯PDF檔

另外關於PDF檔的第二十六頁的"FARBTABELLE",要麻煩您協助換成英文版以利台灣消費者閱讀

    Dear Ms. Baumann,

    Sorry for the delay in sending you the pdf file "Art & Graphic". Our graphic designer was on sick leave last week and no one else in the office knows how to edit pdf files.(應該是"files", 而非"the file", 否則就變成其他的pdf ok, 但我們辦公室裡每人會處理這份pdf)

    Please help replacing "FARBTABELLE" (page 26) with the Eng. version for Taiwan customers.(please help v-ing 和 Taiwan customer 在一般文法上其實是突兀的, 但是是商業書信, 特別是e-mail, 非常常用的寫法, 有助於閱讀流暢度)

    Sorry for the delay in sending you the pdf file“Art & Graphic"It was because our graphic designer was sick and absent during the last week and there was no one who knows how to edit the PDF file.

    Also, about the pdf file, is it ok if you can help us replace the “ FARBTABELLE” (in page 26) with an Eng. Version for Taiwanese customers? (或改成customers in Taiwan)
