Thighs rub during workout/Friction rash?

So here's my dilemma: My thighs usually rub together and after having gone to the gym yesterday and working out for a couple of hours I come home and find that I've rubbed my inner thighs pretty raw. It's still a bit sore and uncomfortable. I was wondering if anyone could advise me on what to do to... show more So here's my dilemma: My thighs usually rub together and after having gone to the gym yesterday and working out for a couple of hours I come home and find that I've rubbed my inner thighs pretty raw. It's still a bit sore and uncomfortable. I was wondering if anyone could advise me on what to do to prevent this from happening in the future. Boxer-briefs? Cycling shorts? Baby powder?
