I take it someone else has been reading up on the True Nature of Immaculate Conception.
For those of you who are confused, there have been six documented cases of what's being called Immaculate Conception since the Dawn of Mankind, each of which consisted of a woman who became pregnant by the spontaneous, unstimulated separation and division of an egg having just recently left the Fallopian Tube. It's a rare anomaly, but it's definitely happened and it's definitely happened more than once.
The reference to "Cloning" is based on the fact that as the Asker said, there is only one person's DNA influencing the Nature of the Unborn Child in these cases, the child born tends to look, act, sound and otherwise be as it's mother's genetics would have dictated at any given stage in it's life. In other words, an Identical Twin born after the first twin hit puberty.
So yes, it would have been impossible for Jesus Christ to have been anything but an exact genetic copy of the "Virgin" Mary had he been conceived Immaculately.
I've gotta say though, I like the imagery your sub details create. Kinda like the little baby Alien tearing through some guy's stomach in the original "Alien" movie. Points on the Blasphemy, my friend =)
*NerdF - Speaking of kick@ss Blasphemy, dude, you must've been practicing that for AEONS. I'm totally going to have to remember the part about Jehovah being a Statutory Rapist *busts up laughing*
*Tiger of Judah - Man, you Judeo-Xians are amusing. For the most part, you'll do anything you can to make people believe that science shouldn't be trusted and that "God's way is the right way" no matter how much proof there is otherwise, but as soon as your Bible Fried Brain reads anything semi-scientific to back up your bogus claims it's, "Praise God for science!!!" XD. Well, sorry to burst your Holy Bubble, but while the first answerer of this question comes off as knowing what he's talking about, he forgot to take one thing into account: In order for a male being to be born to any being that reproduces sexually, the Male Hormones contained in the Semen have to be added to the equation before it's even a possibility. As a woman, your body isn't set up to create any amount of Male Hormone or even close enough to it to make an embryo male all by yourself. Also, you can't just create two separate genetic codes from only one body. Each person has one genetic code made up of millions of lines of subcode, and while Immaculate Conception has actually happened, it wouldn't be very accurate to assume that a woman's body could create a male body all by itself, just the same as a man's isn't set up to create enough Female hormones to make a difference in whether or not the embryo produced was female. It's all about which parent's genes are more dominant in the process of the Unborn Child's Body developing, and seeing as Immaculate Conception works based on the body of one woman, her genes are of course going to be the only factor in the Child's gender, therefore eliminating the possibility of a male child. To quote a very good movie, "All embryos are inherently Female, it just takes the correct Male Hormone given at the right Developmental Stage to make them Male". So yeah, once again Jesus being Immaculately Conceived and born as a Male would have been impossible. Oh, well. I guess it's back to the claims of "Science is Witchcraft!! It's the work of the Devil!!" for you =P
Science, and a very well thought out and researched Late 90's Movie.
