What are "flyaways"?

Is it like the same thing as frizz or what?

flyaways are like when you put your hair back into a ponytail, in the front of your head (top of your forehead) there will be this poof there with hair sticking up from it. most people have static and flyaway issues combined. this is also liek my friend brittnay's hair: http://i29.tinypic.com/2u4mwdc.jpg

Flyaways are the rsults of Fizz and can also be because breakage in the stuborn, dryed out hair strands. So a quick fix is keep your hair "MOISTURIZED"

yeah its basically frizz except more like those short hairs that tend to not want to stick behind your ears etc, like those little hairs that get like brushed and snapped and like theyre tiny so they dont brush in with the rest :)

It's when hair is too short to put in a ponytail, and the shorter hairs kind of "fly away" from the head when wind blows.
