Who said "Meddle not in the affairs of dragons, for thou art crunchy and taste good with ketchup?"?

I am not sure if it was an actual quote from someone or if it was developed for merchandising.

    i don't think it's shakespeare, coz i know (correct me if im wrong) that they dont have ketchup yet in his era, (poor him!=)

    i think it was just developed if not for advertisement, it's just a silly joke. i loove heinz though!
