I tried using diet pills, but they made me sick. They do work, but they only take your water weight, and once you stop using them, you get all that weight back.
If you simply switch from drinking pop all the time and start drinking water for two weeks, you'll see results. Also, just walk around the block everyday. Alittle bit each day goes a long way. I did this, and I dropped about 2 pant sizes in a month! Also, eat normally too.
