    Exercise for 2 hours daily. I also eat veggies at every meal. Yummy in my tummy!

    I drink close to a gallon of water a day, and I always take my vitamins..

    nothing super special, considering all the things I do that are unhealthy.. but I try.. :-)

    50 push-ups and 50 crunches when I wake up in the morning, and 50 more of each before bed, with lots of walking throughout the day, and no caffine after midday.

    have fun go outside play sports do physical things that are fun bike riding , roller blading, trust me do go to the gym its soooooooooo boring. can't think of other thigns but you get my drift.

    you don't have to take vitamins just eat alot of differnet types of food thats it really. pills aren't really that good for you.
