I write. Especially if I'm angry at someone. Sometimes I write in a journal I keep, other times I type it out on a computer. I write down the situation, figure out why I'm angry and vent through writing. This helps me see the situation clearly, calms me down. I can see if I'm overreacting or if I'm justified in my anger. Afterward, If I'm angry at someone I can talk to them with clear thoughts rather than flying off the handle.

Source(s): Used to have a really BAD temper. This saved me from a lot of fights.

Until recently..I could count on getting enough laughs from here to ease the anger. Not remove it, but make it so I could deal with it at least. All my other avenues have been removed..for now, so to speak.
