Well Zimbabwe don't have test status any more because of the political situation in the country. The still have ODI status and are due to play England soon, there is some doubt as to whether or not that will go ahead. England might follow Australia's example and ban the tour. Although they might not be allowed to do this because England are hosting the 20/20 world cup in 2009 and the ICC states the top teams have to take part. If England bans Zimbabwe then the tournament might be hosted elsewhere. As you can see, it's a contentious issue that doesn't look like it will be resolved any time soon.

Namibia are an association team so they don't play the top teams unless they come through qualifying for major events (like when they were involved in the 2003 world cup). They're in division two in the hierarchy of teams. They're also part of the ICC's High Performance Program which aims to bridge the gap between the Test and non-Test nations.

The USA is a little different. They had their ICC member status suspended in March last year due to (I think) poor performance and mis-management. They were in what is effectively division 3, (though they almost had full One Day International status at one point). They have played Australia (and NZ) in the past, during the ICC Champions Trophy 2004 in England, they lost both games. Unless they sort their game and administration out, however, they won't be playing the top teams for a while.

Plus there isn't enough money invested in the game in these countires.

ICC has made a whole calender for next few years for their tours & cricket fixtures, only test teams are included in that, Zimbabwe is in the ICC's tour program, but since the last year or so they were stripped of their test-status, that's why they didn't got to play the Test matches in the meantime though they are still playing ODIs, recently they had an ODI series against Pakistan last month. The other non-test playing nations only play against the Top teams in a tournament like World Cup, & in some previous Champion's trophy, (now the Champions trophy has been limited to the top 8 teams).

As we know these smaller teams will not be able to give much competition to the top teams, so ICC has arranged a program in which these teams play with other smaller cricket nations, those matches are not televised thats why we do not get to see them.

India and Australia are very big cricket countries. India has been world champion and Australia is champion. Other teams are not that popular. When you look at the crowd in countries like that all the seats are empty. So they dont earn anything. When big teams play a lot of people come and they earn money

Australia truthfully does have sufficient skills to make an yet another team yet I dunno approximately different international places. we've very wholesome opposition interior the relatives individuals suits. Its an somewhat stable thought in case you question me. suits between the national team and its A team could be thrilling cuz they are going to let us know the place precisely the national team stands with comprehend to the a side. it won't in basic terms be very comeptitive however the a side will additionally furnish a waiting secondary team to compliment gamers from every time required to interchange somebody interior the national team. Dont see how its gonna benefit the ICC plenty however. The respective boards would be those the earn greater funds until we've a tournament featuring in basic terms the A factors of each usa organised with the aid of the ICC.
