When do I get results?
I've been doing several lunges and sit ups many times everyday. I was just wondering.. how long does it take to see the results? How long until I start to notice a flatter stomach or a firmer butt? Thanks!

dont forget to do cardio 4-5 times a week for atleast 30 mins! you will start seing resulty probably by the 4-5 weeks. it all depends on how your diet is tho :) it sounds like a long time, but its so worth it
