Help??????

Isaac Gelbert was born about 1880 in Russia I found his 1910 and 1930 US census records and his immigration records were he is marked as Isak Gelbert. But i am stumped and can't find records of his parents or his 1920 census record. Help? Thank you. (He was also a baker who married a Sarah)

Update:

Thanks Joyce! They were marked as the Gilbert's on 1920 immigration records! he came over when he was an adult, in 1900-1903 and I have no idea at all what Sarah's maiden name was

(NOTE: I was going to say that maybe the transcriber who did this particular list was mistaken about the 2nd letter in their last name, but after looking at the original copy on 75% magnification, you can clearly see an "i" dotted, so it was written as GILBERT. It shows Isaac born in Russia, Sarah born in Austria, and the kids in New York)

The 1930 census shows the last name as GELBERT, with the E's looking like a backwards 3. It also shows a daughter (??)Lena added to the family. The 1910 census clearly shows the name as GELBERT and Nativity (or nationality) as "Russian Yiddish".

Could you say where he immigrated to (which state) and what year he immigrated? What state did you find him living in on the 1910 and 1930 census? What was Sarah's maiden name? Did he immigrate with his parents, or was he an adult by then?
