Adobe tends to cost way too much so we found an inexpensive solution to offer our clients and to date, we've not had any installs fail to meet the needs of the clients.
This package may be downloaded at: http://www.pdfmachine.net/genp/download.shtml
Run the installer and you'll have a new printer named Broadgun pdfMachine.
To combine the printouts you'll need to print each page individually, one after another.
Here's the trick...Print page one first, and leave the application open. Each page you print afterwards (using the default settings) will append to the first page. If you decide to change the order of pages, it's drag and drop to move them.
The package can be used without purchasing, but it will place an advertisement in a footer on each page. If this is an issue, try it out and should you be as happy with it as I think you'll be, you can register it for under $30 online.

search for cute PDF writer (free i think) or other pdf writers and when you design your site you can print it to that. the only problem is that without the full adobe acrobat application you are not going to have multiple pages, the links are not going to work and all you will have is a whole list of individual pages that aren't going to mean much
