How do I send Yahoo a suggestion or report something that's not how it should be?

Not to be a nitpick, but how do I send Yahoo a suggestion or report something that's not how it should be?

For example:

http://espanol.play.yahoo.com/games/ante?room=domi...

(You have to be logged in to go there, if you aren't, go to:

http://espanol.play.yahoo.com/games/login?game=Dom...

and click Carnaval Miami.)

However, when you view my example:

- it replaces "én " (e-acute, n, space) with 鮠, the Japanese Kanji for the dace carp (also the Chinese Ideogram for sturgeon-head shad).

- "áti" (a-acute, t, i) is replaced with the little box character, Internet explorer uses to say "Invalid character".

- "úe</b" (note, "</b" is from </button> which is markup, not output text) is replaced with ?.

What I would suggest is for them to either code the page with unicode decimal codes instead of directly inserting the characters, or to use the encoding which I believe they meant to (Windows-1250 or ISO-8859-1).

Thank you in advanced.

Update:

Nah, just want them to fix that encoding problem = P The first two are minor annoyances though very annoying at that, but Really the button doesn't even work because of the last error, and you see that page everytime that you go to a spanish Dominoes table.

But I also want to know for future cases. If I spot an error.
