is it legal to not have a back door in a buisness?

    The question is Do you care about your staff ...... or yourself if there was a fire?......hu hu....ya think about it everyone will die...ya... not fun at all

    Depends on the business. If it's a tiny taco stand, one door will do. If it's the size of a Wal-mart, you need several exits, all well marked.

    Check with the local fire marshall...they will let you know in no uncertain terms what is required.

    I owned a business in Avon Ohio.... for 7 years and I had to have a back entrance and I had to have a public bathroom... how do you like that.... cost me a fortune...

    I DONT think so?? you could always take deliveries in the front, I do however believe that you have to have another means of escape to be up to fire code.
