其他在什麼時候要加上去?

you add the AND right before the last digit / tenth digit you are trying to describe
e.g.
1001 & 1001.50
the first one is ONE THOUSAND AND ONE DOLLARS
but the second one is ONE THOUSAND ONE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS
NEVER PUT 2 ANDs IN A NUMBER!!
3425.87
= three thousand four hundred twenty-five dollars AND eighty-seven cents
** since we combine the last two digits when describing numbres,
e.g. fifty-nine, eighty-one, seventy-four, sixty-three,
the whole phrase is considered as a whole and we put the AND in front of them

When you are at the last number, than you have AND.
e.g. 101 one hundred and one
110 one hundred and ten
1,100 one thousand and one hundred (here sometimes you may omit the and)
12,003 twelve thousand and three.......
