What are the best cd's for a wedding reception?

I am getting married soon and we are not hiring a dj or a band. I'm going to get a bunch of cd's together and let them play for the dance after dinner. I need a variety that will please everyone. Thanks!

That's a great idea. You can go to Itunes and get songs you like for 99c each. I play music for weddings. Some favorites are "You're Just Too Good To Be True" by Frankie Valle, and "Besame Mucho" is great. I also really like "The Way You Look Tonight"

Here's a website that has lots of wedding songs and breaks down where in the reception they can be played. It might be really helpful to you:

It is past cheesy, in such a lot of approaches. If something, they will have to deliver the cd's away as marriage ceremony favors. Think of it as a tax write off for promoting for the band. And the husband should not be making a song at his marriage ceremony. He will have to be paying concentration to his new bride.
