Help! I need a synonym for the word 'day'!!!?
I've used "twenty-four hours", but I really need a synonym for the word 'day'.
It's really important - please reply quickly!!

This is a hard one. The Thesarus in your computer gives "daytime" and "daylight". Science says "one earth rotation". The Bible offers "morn". But I think your "24 hours" is really the best. Greek and Latin languages have options but I dont think you want to go there --- Moby.

around the clock, 24-hour period, name of the specific day (Sunday, Monday, etc), 1/7th of a week, dawn to dusk to dawn again, the time before tomorrow, the time after yesterday, date, the opposite of night................
