after i finish riding my stationary bike, my body swells up.?

does anyone know why this would be?

    Unaccustomed exercise can sometimes be followed by delayed-onset muscle soreness & inflammation. Women tend to experience inflammation more than men. Keep hydrated during and after exercising and take it easy, as you get in shape the inflammation should decrease. Taking asprin before exercising will help too.

    you're retaining water for some reason. too much salt in your diet? too little water being drunk?
