Los Angeles is the biggest population wise(9,948,081), and the biggest one in size is Unorganized Borough(330,074.96 sq. mi.), in Alaska. Technically it is not a county because Alaska has buroughs instead, but the largest county is San Bernardino County, California, its surface area is 20,052.50 sq. mi.
