Downloading a Youtube video?

Question

I successfully downloaded a youtube video using vixy.net, but tried to play it and WMP said it was the wrong video type.

Is there a way to play it or do you need something other then WMP?

Once played on a another copmuter, all it will do it play audio. So it's useless later on.

Use http://zamzar.com/url and follow the step-by-step instructions. Be sure to use the avi. format, though. Just copy the link of the YouTube video, choose the format(which I showed you), type your email address. and convert the video. Then they'll send the link to download the video. NO SOFTWARE NEEDED! AT ALL! YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO SIGN UP!!!

Use firefox internet browser to download youtube video. Firefox has provide this video downloader where you can download youtube videos.

Go to this website and get the steps to download it and convert to mpeg or other format so that you can played it at windows media player.
