ABEC is a bearing rating, not the wheels.

ABEC is basicaly a meaningless number for skate board or inline skate bearings.

First you need to find out why they are slow.

Take a bearing out and use your fingers to roll it.

Is there a crunching sound or feel to it?

If so, you have debris or rust in it. Water does horrible things to bearings.

Time to replace or clean the bearings.

Do they roll smoothly but have a lot of drag?

They probably have too much grease in them. You can clean it out and relubricate them.

With a grease or gel, you only need about three pin head sized blobs to lubricate the bearings. Any more and they start getting sluggish.

Gels roll easier than grease and oil better than gels but the better rolling materials also need maintenance sooner.
