    The Mitchell Report was an investigation done to figure out which players were taking steroids or HGH. This investigation was done by George J. Mitchell, a former Democratic Party politician and a United States Senator.

    The MItchell Report was a report done by Sen. George Mitchell to find current and former players that used steriods. He was just senator approved by Bud Selig.
