The person that responded about the date changing to Feb. 22nd for the line of credit refill is half correct. Actually I was given a different number, it is an automated line and the date is now Feb. 20th. But the terms were always that you had to have direct deposit to obtain the line of credit and the monies would be deposited into your Emerlad Card Savings. The issue I had with H&R was that their tax preparers are uneducated on their services and how they work. This year I had half of my fees refunded back to me because I had incorrect information relayed to me. So back to the question, their staff are telling people that when you had money added to your card from your tax return, that made you eligible for the line of credit. That is sooooo false. There is very small and fine print on your terms and conditions statement, you must have direct deposit for three months. They are a mess!!!! I am done with them. I have not had a bad experience with them but any business that does not give full disclosure is not worth working with. Last thing you said the line of credit was supposed to be available on the 15th, actually that is when the line of credit is due to be paid back in full. I hope others read this because if their line of credit is not restored byt the 20th or 22nd, that is a breach of contract and we are entitled to our fees being returned back to us. Sounds like a class action lawsuit to me. I hope that helped.
