但系5知,,,要咩加先整到,,,,有冇人用過呢隻粉,,,知點整牙?

同埋我知個製作過程,,,

    Party Chocolate Chippers (Cookie Mix)

    Party time! You're three ingredients and three steps away from a deliciously easy celebration.

    Makes:About 18 cookies

    1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened

    1 egg

    1 pouch Betty Crocker® chocolate chip cookie mix

    1. Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir together softened butter and egg. Stir in cookie mix until soft dough forms.

    2. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    3. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.

    No rolling pin is needed! A cookie cutter and balls of cookie dough are the secret to lovely cookies.

    1 pouch Betty Crocker® chocolate chip cookie mix

    1/4 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour

    1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened

    1 egg

    3-inch open heart-shaped cookie cutter

    1. Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, flour, butter and egg until well blended. Roll into 1 1/4-inch balls.

    2. Spray cookie cutter with cooking spray; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press dough ball evenly into cutter. Remove cutter; reshape dough if necessary. Continue making heart-shaped cookies, placing 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Spray cookie cutter as needed with cooking spray.

    3. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet.

    High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Increase flour to 1/3 cup.

    花生朱古力曲奇

    份量: 約可做 2-3/4 磅

    預備需時

    : 10分鐘

    材料

    : 1 罐 (14安士)煉奶, 3杯(18安士)朱古力碎、少許鹽、1/2 至 1杯的碎果仁、1-1/2茶匙雲尼拿香油、1-2/3杯(10安士)牛油花生碎、1/2 杯忌廉

    步驟

    :

    1) 用蠟紙舖在平底鍋上 (8-9寸)待用;

    2) 用慢火和深底鍋煮溶朱古力並混合煉奶和鹽,攪勻;移離火源, 立即倒入果仁、雲尼拿油和2/3 杯生碎攪勻,然後平均地倒入預備好的平底鍋裡,用慢火煮溶餘下的牛油花生和忌廉,攪拌至順滑為止,再倒在朱古力層上面。

    3) 放進雪櫃冷卻2 小時至穩固,把曲奇倒出,撕去蠟紙再切成方形,放回雪櫃儲藏。

    材料:(約11-16件份量)**

    牛油 100g

    糖 75g

    蛋 1隻

    鹽 1/2茶匙

    低筋麵粉 150g

    可可粉 2湯匙

    入爐朱古力粒 2湯匙

    做法:

    1.預熱焗爐170度30分鐘.

    2.低筋麵粉,可可粉和鹽,預先一起過篩1次,備用.

    3.牛油加入糖攪拌至完全結合,加入蛋液均勻攪拌(應呈淡黃色)

    4.將己過篩麵粉,可可粉加入3中,不規則地攪拌至完全勻合(應呈深啡色)

    5.加入朱古力粒輕輕拌勻.

    6.焗盤舖上牛油紙.

    7.取約半湯匙份量的麵團,放於焗盤上,用另一隻匙壓扁至約3~5mm左右便可.

    8.放入焗爐以170度焗20分鐘.

    9.20分鐘後,取出,趁熱撕走牛油紙,將曲奇放於涼架/碟完全攤涼即成.

    備註:

    1.牛油和蛋需室溫.

    2.焗後必須取出,否則容易被餘溫燒焦.

    3.牛油用那一種都可以,我今次選用了低脂植物牛油,有鹽的.無鹽亦可.

    4.麵糊不能壓得太扁,否則容焗焦.

    5.每個麵糊之間不要放得太近,要留多點空間,因焗時會發大.放得太近會黏在一起.

    6.如不能一過次焗所有麵糊,請將未焗的先放入雪柜一會,用意是不想太熱令牛油完全溶化.但又不能雪得太耐,過硬很難用匙壓扁造形.

    **因每人手勢不同,做出的大少不同,故件數不能作準.

    碎朱古力曲奇既方法:

    麵粉 175克

    無鹽牛油 157克

    黃糖 120克

    杏仁粉 60克

    梳打粉 1/2茶匙

    鹽 1/2茶匙

    蛋 1隻

    雲呢拿香油/杏仁香油 1茶匙

    豆寇粉 1/2茶匙

    朱古力粒 60克

    製作

    1.

    預熱焗爐至180度C 。

    2.

    牛油室放軟後與黃糖拌勻,再加入蛋和香油拌勻 。

    3.

    麵粉、 發粉、 豆寇粉、 鹽、杏仁粉過篩。

    4.

    將篩好的粉類加入牛油糊中攪勻成順滑麵團,加入朱古力粒 。

    5.

    把麵團放入雪櫃雪30分鐘 。

    6.

    用手把麵團搓成一個個的小圓球,焗15 至 20 分鐘 。

    7. 完成後放在鋼架放涼即可食用。
