拜託中翻英,商業電文,關於報關文件,20點感謝!感恩!

很抱歉造成您與貴公司的困擾,

因為台灣的海關非常嚴格,而且這類產品的關稅稅率很高,以致於他們誤以為我們有低報價格,所以發函給貴公司想要確認是否價格無誤.

我們都是照實際價格申報,所以請您回覆此INVOICE與價格均正確即可,非常謝謝您的協助!

此事件造成您與貴公司的困擾,在此再次道歉!

    We truly apologise for the inconvenience caused to you and to your company.

    因為台灣的海關非常嚴格,而且這類產品的關稅稅率很高,以致於他們誤以為我們有低報價格,所以發函給貴公司想要確認是否價格無誤.

    As the Taiwan Custom are very strict and the tariff on this type of products are very high, they mistook that we had understated the prices. Therefore they sent a letter to your company trying to confirm whether the prices were correct or not.

    我們都是照實際價格申報,所以請您回覆此INVOICE與價格均正確即可,非常謝謝您的協助!

    As we have declared the actual prices, we appreciate if you could respond (to the Taiwan Custom) that the invoice and the prices are both correct. We really appreciate your help.

    原文第二句最後部份的「所以發函給貴公司」據我的理解該是台灣海關發函跟買方(輸入公司)確認是否價格無誤﹐而並非賣方(輸出公司)向買方(輸入公司)發函確認。

    台灣的海關 = Department of Customs Administration

    如果我花了一小時認真解答﹐其他人祗花了幾分鐘胡亂解答﹐發問者明知那個答案較好也不自選要拿來投票。結果其他人選了不是較差回答做最佳解答﹐這對認真解答的人公平嗎。

    大大請息怒,其他各位回答的都很好,我也很感謝,只是我認為大家都不會太在意點數,在知識+這邊除了熱心助人外,就是相互切磋學習. 有人會把點數給第一位回答的人,這樣會造成沒有人想再回答了,因此我除了會註明我認為最佳解答的人,並再交由網友投票,我自己也投一票. 不過有時也會有人對於最佳解答有所意見,就如同我講的,大家可以互相學習,況且真金不怕火煉,其實我也猜得到票選結果就是您的解答,多點人認同也並非不是一件好事呀?!

    我在知識+也蠻久了,不會在意點數,早期那些知識長或其它高階者有很多都是投機取巧來的,點數早就失去意義,供參,總之再謝謝您的熱心!^^

    I apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    Due to strict compliance checks by the Customs Authority in Taiwan and the high tariff (Duty) associated with this type of product; Customs would like to verify the value and ensure that the value of the goods had been correctly declared, thus why I am writing this letter to confirm the value with you.

    As it is our policy to correctly declare the actual value of the goods at all time, therefore can you please reply and verify that the value on the invoice are correct and is consistent with the record.

    Thanks you very much for your assistance, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    Because the Cusomt of Taiwan is bery strict and custom duties for this kind of products are high, the Custom mistakenly believe that we underpriced so that we sent this letter to your company to confirm the prices.

    We are truly provide the actual prices, so we need you to reply that the invoice and prices are correct. We appreciate your assistance.

    We are very sorry to bother you and your company.

    Because Taiwan's customs are very strict and this kind of product's VAT (value added tax) is very high so that they mistakenly thought that we reported the price lower so we send this letter to your company in order to make sure if the price is correct.

    We always report the price as the original price so please reply to us that the invoice and price are both correct. We appreciate your help very much.

    We apologize here again that this event cause disturbance to you and your company.
