Who is the actress in the Jitterbug Cell ads? HELP!?

Question

This is driving me nuts. Halfway through the commercial a woman says, "I don't have time for a complicated cell phone."

She is so strikingly familiar but I can not place her, and over an hour of searching hasn't yielded any results. I'm pretty sure she is an actress from a sitcom (maybe 70s or 80s??).

She was on the 80's sitcom "227" (loved that show). Her name is Alaina Reed Hall. She played Rose. Hope that helps.
