Is There Anyone Familar With This Film: Ali Baba Goes to Town (1937)?

Apparently, Lee J Cobb appeared in this film for a split second. Does anyone recall this film? Did he appeared as a camero appearance?

movie company is doing the Arabian Nights when a hobo enters their camp, falls asleep and dreams he's back in Baghdad as advisor to the Sultan. In a spoof of Rosevelt's New Deal, he organizes work programs, taxes the rich and abolishes the army.

What was the "hobo" name or who played the hobo?

Warren Hymer and Stanley Fields are both shown as being a "tramp", according to the imdb. I found Lee J Cobb to be one of the nicest human beings when I met him...not the gruff person he always portrayed.
