Should Yahoo! become a publicly owned portal ?

The idea: "Neither microsoft nor Google should buy out Yahoo! ... it should become a publicly owned forum dedicated to free exchange of information, and peer-to-peer file sharing ..." Your reaction ?

    It is a good idea but it is really unlikely to happen since yahoo is owned by stoke holders.
