I want to move out of California, but where to?
My wife and I have been thinking about moving out of CA, but we are not sure where to go being as we are homegrown here in the golden state. We live in a city called Vacaville, which is 1hr from san francisco and 25 mins from Sacramento. I love to ride my motorcycle and hate tornados and hurricanes. Also I want to be able to raise my family without punk *** wannabe gang members around.
Anyone got any reccomendations, and please no B.S. answers.

Head out of town on Interstate 80 going East. When you hit Salt Lake City, Utah go North on Interstate 15 to Brigham City. Then take Hwy 89 to Logan, Utah. You do not have to be Mormon to love Utah. Logan is one of the prettiest cities I have been to and everyone is so nice there.Source(s): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logan,_Utah

Northern CA is beautiful. I live in San Antonio, lots of hill country here for biking, cheap homes, and warm weather. I like it. Lots of people have moved here from CA bc of the cost of living.

I just moved to socal from denver, co...and I miss it. Not bad if you don't mind the snow, and as long as you don't live in the eastern part...you don't have to worry about tornadoes.
I used to live in Littleton, co....here's a link about it...(and also a link for lakewood, which is right next door). 20 minutes from denver, and an hour from great skiing.
