When i out some data on my d: partition, my pc becomes to lag and i hve to restart my computer. When i run check disk, it says tht it has 8 kb bad sectors. How can i fix this?

You can't. Run chkdsk /f or chkdsk /r - to sort the problems. If a repair is not possible the sectors will be marked as 'bad' so that the operating system will ignore them.

It might be time for a new Hard Drive, and you would still have time to transfer the data before your old drive dies.
