    It means:

    Never was waiting so painful, right?

    ('Jamás una espera fue tan dolorosa, ¿sí?)

    Babygirl, my guess is that if a boy sent this to you is because he's in love with you.

    Or perhaps that someone was talking about waiting for somebody else...no matter who s/he is waiting for, waiting is indeed painful.

    A spra has never been so painful, isn't it?

    (I don't think it's completely well-written and I don't know what 'spra' means)

    Never was one wait so painful, huh/right?

    Could you please explain what y'all were discussing to bring this statement up. I would like to help you explain what this means but I don't know exactly what they are talking about just by reading this sentence.

    Also, I don't know what the "1" is suppossed to mean, I just assumed it meant "one".

    Spra-Should be "Espera"-"Wait"

    Si'-Yes but in this case it's like "yahh? or right??"

    ' = accent

    that phrase actually don't makes much sense because the verb "fue" doesn't fit accurately. but however, it may mean: "the wait wouldn't been so painful if..."
