A good fantasy book to read?

What is a good fantasy book to read? I've read some books by Raymond E. Feist (Mainly the Riftwar Saga) and works by Tolkien, and I enjoy the feel of those two series. Any suggestions?

These in my opinion are the best in the genre. There is a lot of junk out there but these are quality reads.

Song of Fire and Ice - George RR Martin

Chronicle of Thomas Covenant - Stephen R. Donaldson

Prince of Nothing - Robert Bakker

Tales of Malazon - Steven Erickson

    Farseer Trilogy - Robin Hobb

If you like Raymond Feist you'll like Glen Cook's 'Black Comapny' series.

The 'Name of the Wind' by Patrick Rothfuss is a newer book and is very original.

I have answered this question so many times, I decided to dedicate a web site to answer this question. Here it is:

    http://www.life-after-harry-potter.com

Included is a list of only the best sorcery fantasy books, grade reading level, a short review of each book along with a brief summary of adult content. There is also a "Readers' Choice" list of favorite books, and a list of heroine sorcery fantasy books.

    I hope this helps.
