When do more voters turn out caucus/primary time or actual election day?

    Actual election, during the caucus/primaries only republicans and democrats can vote, actual election members of all parties can vote

    General Election Day without a shadow of a doubt. The average turnout so far in the primaries (caucuses are tricky to calculate) is 20%, the last election saw a turnout of 50%.

    HaHa. I like how people take it so seriously in America. In Britain they're trying to bring in text voting because people don't turn up HaHa.
