no dates have been set yet but they will perform in phils. sometime between oct 2008 and may 2009.

Yes, High School Musical: The Ice Tour is coming to Manila on July 2008 It was confirmed by Feld Entertainment when I watched Disney On Ice: Mickey & Minnie's Amazing Journey last January 25, 2008 and they will perform at the Araneta Coliseum.
