我個人是認為 as-is是指現況沒錯

但是 as-be (=to-be) 應該是指未來的狀況

因為"developing the to-be (envisioned goal or target) architecture"

這句話括號內的 envision本身有 to see in the mind as a future possibility，也就是有foresee，預見；預想的意思
