Which element has the smallest ionic radius: a: Li b: K c: O d: S?

    a. Cos Li+ has only one shell, like Helium.

    Li because the ionic radius is 60

    I think it's Lithium because as an ion it gives up its electrons... and giving up an electron decreases the radius of the atom.

    In the periodic table as you go down, the radius increases, and as you go more ot the right, for metals, the radius decreases, but it starts to increase as it hits the nonmetals until it hits the noble gas, which almost NEVER form ions.

    I might be wrong though... so wait for other people's answers before accepting my answer.
