Your exact location? ONLY by the police and it takes a hell of a lot of red tape to be able to do it. Even phone company employees can't do it without involving a lot of people. Even then they can only track the nearest cell phone tower.
If you have GPS on your phone and the account is one of those phones that parents can track their kids with, you sue can, but only the parent can log onto the cell phone providers site and garner that kind of information.
By your billing address, yea, easy, especially if someone works for or knows someone that works for them. But there is a record when a phone company employee goes into your account, they must log in, so you can report that your privacy has been violated and that person will be in serious trouble unless they had a good reason to go into your account.
Hope this helps
