You can do this question by using the superposition principle for potential.

The net potential thus isV=k[q/2d+q/d+(-q/d)+-q/d)]=-kq/d, where k=1/4(pi)(epsilon).Therefore, V=-9x(10^9)x2.2x(10^-6)/0.61=32.46x(10^3) V.
