急~客戶欲取消訂單 貿易英文

首先謝謝你蒞臨展覽. 參觀我們的攤位.並給予我們許多寶貴的意見.

我們從客戶會議記錄上得知, 妳有意思將011的訂單改成另一套產品. 這讓我們很吃驚. 因為這張訂單我們已經生產了將近一半以上了. 若是這個時候取消訂單. 我們必須承受很大的損失. 希望你了解.

當然我們真的很開心, 妳對這個產品很有興趣. 這是我們的榮幸. 但是我們誠摯的希望這套產品妳可以從下一張訂單開始訂購. 不要修改訂單以減少損失. 希望你能幫忙並體諒.

    From the meeting minutes we learned that you are intending to change the item of order 011 to another one, which really surprised us, for we have finished almost a half of the order. If you would cancel the order at the moment, we will have to suffer a big loss. Hope you understand this.

    We are happy that you are interested in our product, which is really our honor, but we would sincerely hope that you would purchase the new item from the next order and would not revise the existing order to prevent our loss. Hope you would help us and understand our situation.

    First of all, we are happy to see you at our booth during xxx show. We appreciated your feedback. They are well noted.

    However, in the meeting you mention you would like to change the item of purchase order 011 into our new itme. (這裡最好提一下是哪一個產品, 以免誤會) This change is a big deal to us. We certainly hope you keep with the original plan since we already half way to complete the order 011. If you revise this order now will cause us a big lost. As you may understand, to keep a low cost will benefit both of us.

    Again, we are happy to learn that you are interested of the new item. (還是建議把新產品的 model number寫一下). It is our honor to assist you with your request. We would like you to keep the original order and start to order new item at next purchase. Thank you very much for your understanding and as usual, we appreciated your business.
