The late Richard J Daley former mayor of Chicago. He was a 20th century pioneer in Election fraud. Of course his Model based on multiple votes and graveyard registration has since been surpassed by the Dieblod Virtual Voter methodology of the 21st Century!!!!

“Vote early, vote often” is a quote variously attributed to three different Chicagoans: Al Capone, the famous gangster; Richard J. Daley, mayor from 1955 to 1976; and William Hale Thompson, mayor from 1915-1923 and 1931-1935. All three were notorious for their corruption and their manipulation of the democratic process. It is most likely that Thompson invented the phrase, and Capone and Daley later repeated it.

Not in Oregon. we get out ballots mailed to us. Once you die your drivers license gets cancelled and your voter registration goes away automatically. When you move to another county and change your address on your drivers license, your previous county of residence sends you a nasty letter threatening you with jail and fines if you vote in any elections using your previous residence. But they did arrest a woman(registered republican) working in the office where they were counting the ballots because she was changing the ballots. Caught her doing 6, so yeah, maybe but not the way you're implying. More "vote manipulation"s done by deliberately understaffing polling places and purging voters from the rolls after the deadline to register (like red lining in real estate, purge entire zip codes.) This is done by eleted officials in charge of the elections.

Huh. I'm surprised at all the answers.

I attribute that quote to Walt Kelly and the characters of his "Pogo" comic strip.
