Wiccans, where do you draw the line between "Eclectic" and "fluffy"?

Fellow Wiccans, where do you draw the line between "Eclectic" and "fluffy"? Is there a difference? Are all non-initiated Wiccans automatically fluffy? Or can one be non-BTW or non-initiated in a Tradition and still practice Wicca in a serious, mature, and intelligent way?

(For the record, I was trained Gardnerian and am now Eclectic -- hopefully in the mature way. :-))

I am currently facilitating a group of non-initiated Wiccans, and it's a wonderful learning experience.
