Where can I get my credit report without providing credit card information?

Have you had experience with the place which you recommend. Freecreditreports.com asks for my credit card information.

All of the sites that show you your score and report on line will ask for your credit card. If you close the account before 30 days you should not be charged a dime.

If you don't want to do that you can call these #'s and they will mail them to you.

    hayley's right on the money

check out all three credit reports for free at annualcreditreport.com.

look for errors, and id theft. figure out a statement for investigators to check out. it has your report from TransUnion, Experian, and well you'll find out. It was setup as part of a fed mandate. The most important document a US resident has, as the information on it will help someone else determine if you get the job you apply for, rent the house or apt, get a phone or electric account, and so on. almost as insidious as being investigated and watched by the CIA.

But people get errors placed on the file all the time, but never seem to look at their own file to see what's right and what's not.
