If you reserve from The Ryogoku Kokugikan Box Office site, you can pay at the counter and get tickets in advance, but I don't know if there is due...
If you reserve from e+ site, you can pay with your credit card, but you may need address in Japan... I'm not sure.
Since Ticket Pia is under maintenance right now, I cannot check what you must be, need or do to reserve.
