    Some very popular ingredients are:tomatoes, feta cheese, olives olive oil , lamb, grapes, grape leaves, goat milk and goat cheese, garlic, and basil.

    Tomatoes, Olive oil, vinegar, garlic, sea salt, lemon juice, couscous, rosemary, potatoes, courgette, aubergine, sweet peppers (Capsicum) Olives, (green or black), Basil. Oregano, Feta, Mozarella cheese.

    Definitely pure virgin olive oil (Cypriot or Turkish preferably)

    seasonal herbs and vegs: aubergines, courgettes, garlic, thyme, sun riped tomatoes, black-eyed beans (green or dried pulses), sea food, tahini (sesame paste), lemons and lemons and lemons, sweet green peppers and hot red peppers, cumin, coriander, and of course black and green olives.
