In addition, you might want to avoid certainfoods, you can research this, an example is processed low fibre foods, and fried foods. The other problem could be that your intestine is not getting enough water, then you can try enemas. Castor oil is great for you and you can get favorless, this will help and is inexpensive and is brain food. Finally, make sure you have balance in your life, since stress can actually cause you to contract inner muscles and be a reaction causing constipation. With me it took years to finally realize it was my bodies reaction to stress, an inner silent paniac attack.
