Why didn't I get an item from the 'Ancient Egypt' quest in Build-a-Bearville?

My sister has a Winter Bear --registered yesterday--on her account. When she finished the quest, she could not find her reward. What happened?

It's still glitched at times -_- Report it to Bearville. There isn't much you can do though. I haven't gotten anything like 4 times now and nothing has been done :/
