would slouch socks look ok over a leg cast

No the would make your leg cast embarrassed. Please don't do that or they might get mad at you and run away!

put the socks under the leg cast or just were short socks

The leg slouches are in all the colors of the rainbow and the colors show warmth and really sexy.
