    材料(ingredients)︰

    蝦子 (剝殼) 自酌

    (peeled shrimps )

    雞蛋 兩粒

    ( two eggs)

    鳳梨罐頭 一罐

    (one can of pineapple)

    沙拉 適量

    (salad) mayoonaise -> 美乃滋

    調味料︰

    太白粉 (one teaspoon of cooking starch) 一茶匙

    麵粉 (flour) 適量

    (1) 蝦子不要買太小,因為油炸會縮

    Shrimps shouldn't be too small because when its fried, it will shrink.

    (2) 取容器加入水溶解太白粉,將每隻蝦背縱切一刀(油炸時才會縮成圓狀),用牙籤將蝦背的沙腺挑除,放入太白粉水中備用

    Take a container and add water to dissolve cooking starch.

    Also use a knife to cut every shrimps' back to make sure it will shrink

    into a ball shape when its fried. Use toothpicks to get rid of sand in the back of shrimps. After that, put all the srhimps into water which mixed with cooking starch.

    (3) 取另一容器盛裝雞蛋蛋清,蝦子泡十五分鐘後沾蛋清再裹麵粉

    Take another container and put egg white in it and put all the shrimps in the container for 15 minutes. After that, stained shrimps with egg white and flour.

    (4) 起鍋熱油,油熱後將蝦子下鍋,炸至金黃色即撈起

    Heat the pot with hot oil. When the oil is hot enough, put all the shrimps into the pot and fried it until its golden.

    (5) 用吸油紙稍裹起鍋的蝦子濾掉多餘的油,再取一大盤子擺設上鳳梨片(切四分之一圓狀)和蝦子,淋上沙拉

     Use paper towel to suck some oil from the shrimps. Take a plate and put pineapple slices and shrimps on it. Sprinkles salad dressing on it.

    食譜裡的沙拉 看你是要就沙拉 還是美乃滋

    如果是單純沙拉醬的話 就是salad dressing

    如果是美乃滋 就是mayonnaise

    恩, 泡在太白粉水之後 在沾蛋白 在裹粉

    我不確定噎..... 因為 本人不太會做菜 xD

    不過 我建議還是照上面做 因為 蝦 先泡太白粉水

    然後站蛋白 會比較有黏性 不然 炸好 怕皮會掉 =ˇ=
